After a fire damaged my house the insurance adjuster asked who I'd like to do the cleanup. Having dealt with SERVPRO on a water damage claim at a restaurant downtown, I asked for them. Mary and Fanny were very fast and thorough with the total cleaning of my house. Mary was on top of the job and had excellent communication skills when any issues came up. Drew and his structural crew really hit it out of the park. The job came in under budget and they even finished weeks earlier than the allotted time. Dan did a great job managing the labor and supply chain. There were no issues at all with subcontractors or materials. I would strongly recommend SERVPRO of Leavenworth and NW Wyandotte County to anyone needing fire and water restoration services.

We had a small kitchen fire and could not get the smoke smell out of the house without professional help. Paul with SERVPRO came in and hooked up a little machine that took away all of the smoke smell.

We had a major fire that started in our garage. Serve Pro was out the next day and walked us through everything and answered all our questions over the next months.
