A huge tree recently fell on my 86 year old father’s house damaging it so badly he cannot live there for six to nine months. The damage was extensive with tree limbs, water and insulation coming through the roof . The professional approach, courtesy, consideration and work ethic of Jake Mitchell and his crew was more than impressive. Their respectfulness and responsiveness to my father in a desperate time will never be forgotten. Without our request, they voluntarily went “above and beyond” to make special arrangements for the removal and storage of family heirlooms , and special items they could have more easily thrown in the storage bins. Their cleanup was quick and efficient and made a disaster area ready for repair in a short period of time. Jake was more than helpful in connecting us with people we needed on other phases of resolving the dilemma. As a Superintendent of Schools for 18 years in Missouri, I had the misfortune of dealing with water damage , wind damage and transitioning in and out of many buildings. I wish I had this organization to have orchestrated the process as they far exceeded the work of other vendors that I contracted for similar work. I recommend SERVPRO unequivocally with appreciation and gratitude for their efforts. 

I want to thank three special ladies that helped with our home when we needed to have a complete remodel done due to water damage. Mary, Fanny and Emma were amazing! Mary and Fanny packed up our entire house and labeled everything so that during unpacking I was able to find things very easily. Emma came from the beginning and was so nice and calming when I was upset we had so much damage. She helped with move out and moving back in. All three ladies endured my 7 year old's endless questions and constant chattering as they worked. These three made me feel like we have been friends for years and they were there to help me out. I will be forever grateful for their hard work, kind hearts, friendly personalities. Thank you ladies!

I'm a realtor and one of my unoccupied listings had a plumbing break and the water leak did extensive damage to the property. I would like to give a shout out to Taz he did an amazing job. SERVPRO was here within 30 minutes of calling to check everything out and were back the next morning bright and early to rip out my kitchen that had flooded. Taz made sure to come back in each day to check on the dryers they had to set up and answer any questions we might of had. He made the process as fast and smooth as possible!

We had water damage in our finished basement and our insurance company coordinated SERVPRO to come and evaluate the situation.
Jake Mitchell, senior crew chief, was who was scheduled for the review. His communication skills were outstanding (confirming appointments and making phone contact before each scheduled visit.)
He was extremely helpful to us by explaining in detail each step he did during the evaluation process and during the room dehumidifier process.
Jake was professional, personable and we are grateful to him for his assistance in helping us take the important first steps to getting our home back to normal.

SERVPRO of Leavenworth & NW Wyandotte County was of great assistance when I had to have the ceiling and insulation of my townhouse torn out and replaced due to moisture damage. Before work began Paul and Pauly moved some furniture to the garage and covered the remaining. After the contractors left (as "left a big mess") Paul, Mary and Fanny spent most of one day cleaning my place top to bottom. They removed all traces of drywall dust and paint overspray. Jake and his crew did a Great! job. Due to allergies I could not be around and had to depend on family members to do the communicating, and he communicated with them well. The work they did was thorough and the area was neatly cleaned up. I was comfortable leaving them to do their job while I stayed away from the area and even the house while they did their work. They explained what they were doing and were extremely accommodating even contacting my family with updates. Jake is a personable young man.

Recently used Paul Goode and his technicians to clean up extensive water damage in our home. Their response was within a couple of hours. They were efficient, knowledgeable as to cleanup and drying out procedures, and most courteous. Have had no subsequent problems from mold, mildew, odors etc. Super job! Give them a call.

We used SERVPRO to remediate a water issue in our house. They were quick, fast and professional. I was super concerned about the issue because I was 6 months pregnant and wanted to be sure I didn't have a lingering mold issue in my house. Paul, who came over for the estimate, also helped me put my screen door back on its track! I'd highly recommend them if you need to remediate any issues at your home!
